By accessing, browsing, or utilizing MyEntryPass (myentrypass.in), registered and operated by Ornitech Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

2. Digital Entry Passes & Dynamic QR Verification

Anti-Scalp & Anti-Fraud Protection: Entry passes generated on MyEntryPass feature secure, dynamic QR codes. Any attempt to replicate, screenshot-trade, falsify, or tamper with entry codes is strictly prohibited and will result in instant pass revocation and account ban.
Gate Admission: Admission to any event is governed by the event organizer's venue rules. The dynamic QR pass must be scanned by authorized event staff at the gate. MyEntryPass is a technology service provider and is not liable for entry refusals arising from venue security policies or organizer misconduct.
Student Verification: Exclusive student tiers require valid institutional verification (e.g. college domains). Providing false credentials will void all associated tickets without refund.

3. Event Organizers & Free Event Listings

Organizers listing events agree that all descriptions, artist lineups, pricing, dates, and venue coordinates submitted are truthful and accurate.
Free event listings for student fests, college clubs, and communities are provided at zero platform subscription cost.
Organizers are solely responsible for obtaining all required municipal, police, licensing, and copyright permissions for their events.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

Use bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or crawler tools to mass-book tickets or scrape user/event data.
Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the gate QR scanner system or APIs.
List unlawful, obscene, fraudulent, or hazardous events.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

MyEntryPass and Ornitech Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from event cancellations, artist non-appearance, or force majeure events. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Surat, Gujarat.
